The Synergy FC (boys) and the Genesis FC (girls) Academy Teams had a great weekend on the field (October 22-23).
Hard work pays off – The Synergy FC U15 (2002) Academy Team defeated the Aztec NPL (National Premier League) Team 2-0 in Massachusetts on Sunday, October 22.
Logan Frenya had the game winner (See Video) from a perfectly executed corner kick. Fabien Achinda scored the 2nd goal a few minutes later while SFC goalkeepers Jason Robinson and Alex Tuller maintained the shutout for the SFC U15’s.
The Genesis FC U15 (2002) Academy Team dominated on Saturday in New England Premiership play with a 6-1 win over the Aztec U15 Girls.
U10 League Champions: The Synergy FC U10 Academy wrapped up the 2016 Vermont Fall League season with an 8-0 win over local club Nordic. The SFC U10’s scored 52 goals and only allowed 3 during their undefeated fall season – Synergy FC U10 2016 Fall League Champions.
The SFC U13 Academy Team struggled to play the Synergy Way on Sunday in New Hampshire. The 13’s dropped the match 1-0, but are still in first place in the New England Premiership.
The 13’s will need to come together and work hard for each other as a group in order to capture the NEP League title.
